Your data, your pace

You upload master data, sites, customers and contracts yourself via the Excel interface, free of charge. If you'd rather not do it yourself, you hand it to us as a paid add-on. Training is available as an add-on.

Step 3 · Run it through

From field to invoice

The mobile delivery note on smartphone or tablet automatically creates the invoice in the office: start the job, capture the work, close it. The status runs visibly from „open" through „in progress" to „closed", live and traceable.

FIBU · In final certification

Audit-proof financial accounting under Austrian and German law, with reversal policies, cost centres and cost units, designed for GDPR and NIS2. The module is in final certification with a binding go-live in Q4 2026 and a standardised interface to common tax-advisor and accounting software. Operational invoicing, with invoice runs, receivables, payables and dunning, is already in production today.

Included in the price

The finished standard platform. What you see in the demo is what you get: all eight modules, standard workflows, the Excel self-service import of your master data and hosting in the EU. Support for product defects is included.

Separately charged add-ons

Anything beyond the standard platform: data import by our team, training and onboarding, configuration of NOX AI and the mail integration, and individual development and special requests. Your own or dedicated servers and additional server resources for high data volumes are passed through. AI token costs are billed directly by the AI provider.
